Not all tinned fish is created equal: Just because it comes from Europe and has a fancy box doesn't mean it’s good for you or the environment... or that the fish inside is from Europe! Island Creek has taken their passion for gourmet tinned fish on the road and found the very best. Every tin is harvested by small, independent fisherman from EU certified sustainable fisheries; fully traceable; and packed in southern Europe in Costas y Miñán’s 100 year old cannery by staff who are paid a living wage.
